Guest guest
I teach a group of seniors and have a lady that has Fibromyalgia and was woundering if anyone knew of some kriya's that would possibly work for her. She is unable to get on the floor, so most of the postures are done in the chair. Thanks for any assistance you can give. I am in the same situation and I tell you what really helped me. First I tried to search online and offline informations about fibromyalgia (how it works, causes etc) then, for the yoga-side, I've found really usefull the informations in the previous posts about this topic (use the word " fibromyalgia " as key to search in the home page of this group). For my student works well meditations against stress, use of mantra and light kriyas where she can move her body without forcing it in any way. Fateh Dharma!
