Communication

 

Led by 2 excellent and very experienced Kundalini &

Yoga and meditation teachers: Deva Kaur of Florida

and Kirn Kaur of New Mexico. We will have fun AND

discern better ways to communicate with others around

us.

 

I took a Level 2 course with these ladies in Florida

and loved them so much I asked them if they would come

teach for us at Yoga House and they have graciously

A BRIEF GLANCE at CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION:

Rule I. You are communicating for a better tomorrow,

not to spoil today.

Rule II. Whatever you are going to say is going to

live forever. And you have to live through it.

Therefore take care you don't have to live through the

mud of your own communication.

Rule III. One wrong word said can do much more wrong

than you can imagine or even estimate.

Rule IV. Words spoken are a chance for communication.

Don't turn them into a war.

Rule. When you communicate once, you have to

communicate again. Don't make the road rough.
