Chant the sounds of the letters GO, as in Wahe " jio " over and over until the feeling goes away. Guest guest Posted March 17, 2008 Report Share Posted March 17, 2008 Been there, not always a fun place to be, but remember that KY and White Tantric open up and cleanse the sub-conscious. A long time ago and far, far away, right after doing sadhana, I went shopping and was looking for a parking place at a small market. I started to turn into the space when a woman turned into the space and crowded me out, then flipped me off. I totally lost it and cursed her out. It left her feeling a bit shocked and me wondering wtf just happened. When I cooled off, I realized that I was really open and it was impossible for me to keep a lid on the rage that I carried from generations of family abuse and dysfunction. This realization helped me with the process of letting go of something that I inherited and was keeping me extremely unhealthy. After a yoga class or white tantric course, pay attention to what comes up for you. Breathe into and through any pain and remember that whatever it is, you have the opportunity to deal with it in a conscious way.
