Guest guest
Sat Nam, Haribhajan Singh -- What immediately came to me as a " possible practice " with this mantra, is to sit in good meditation posture and turn the head to the left shoulder, inhaling " Ang Sang, " and turning to the right shoulder to exhale " Wahe Guru. " At this moment I cannot tell you if Yogiji actually taught this, but the methodology of inhaling to the left and exhaling to the right he did teach many times. " Loading " the " program " of this mantra into such a breath pattern (Pranayam) is bound to bring an answer from Wahe Guru ji. And so, thank you for the question (quest-ion). As he taught, the Answer is always contained in the Quest-ion, and Raj Yoga says if we properly Frame a Meditative Focus (a quest-ion), the " ion " will naturally gravitate toward and find the insight that fulfills it best (because that's what ions do). So, why not the two of us (and all who might be similarly interested) give it a try, as a Kundalini Yoga laboratory exploration?. And report back on just how profoundly this practice of Raja Yoga might actually work. many Blessings, Krishna Singh Kundalini-Yoga , " Haribhajan S.
