Sat Nam Har Simrat,

RE choosing which hemisphere of the brain you are using, forced right

nostril breathing puts you in the left hemisphere and forced left

nostril breathing put you in the right hemisphere. This was proven in a

scientific study at UCSD under the guidance of David Singh Shannahoff

back in the 1980's.
