Guest guest
Sat Nam. I practiced the mul mantra for 20 days doing about 8 or 9 (108 beads) malas a day. I stopped on the day we took Yogi Bhajan's ashes to Kirit Pur in India. It then took me exactly 2 months to start, complete, print, and ship out the book, " Yogiji, the Light of Our Souls " , my tribute to him. I attribute it to the meditation. It just flowed through me. The meditation was an incredible experience especially while trying to do daily tasks. When I taught yoga, I had two bowls going, one with loose beads, and one to put the one I finished in. I sometimes did not know whether I had dreamted I did it in my sleep or I did. I loved it and suggest to anyone who even has the thought to do it, give it a go. Once you get started it is not difficult. Live Life in Love as Yogiji did. Guest guest
Sat Nam. Where does one learn the Mul Mantra? Reading briefly on google, it seems complicated and yet quite beneficial. Blessings, DragonLotus
