Sat nam, Ji's,

Can someone please explain when one uses the active gyan mudra, and

what different effect it has from the passive form?

with gratitude,

Barbara

Sat Nam Barbara,

Active gyan mudra gives blesses outwardly to the extent of your

meditative reach. Passive gyan mudra internalizes blessings, allowing

metamorphosis to occur, like a caterpillar's transformation into a

butterfly.
