How do you cope with living in the middle of the world's 14th largest

city? Practice Kundalini Yoga, of course.

 

After living and " being " in Cairo for one year, the space has opened

for me to start teaching here.

 

This week, I launched a series of Kundalini Yoga classes in Nasr City.

Our first class was very successful with eight students attending.
