Guest guest
Sat Nam! During part two of the core alignment meditation, instructions indicate to inhale deeply and begin to chop with the hands as I chant Har. Instructions are to inhale deeply, chant and chop 12X's to the left, center, and right and back to center again. Can anyone tell me how to keep track of chopping 12 times while chanting Har? With great joy, Harbhajan.

Guest guest
Your mind and body will naturally keep track of “three” and “four” without thinking, so try do three sets of four. This also works great when doing three pumps to four wahe gurus on each of four fingers (48 pumps) in Sudarshan Sat Nam Gurumeet Kaur Khalsa Create Inner Peace 505-753-6866 gurumeet www.createinnerpeace.com www.gurumeet.net
