Sat Nam! During part two of the core alignment meditation, instructions

indicate to inhale deeply and begin to chop with the hands as I chant

Har. Instructions are to inhale deeply, chant and chop 12X's to the

left, center, and right and back to center again. Can anyone tell me

how to keep track of chopping 12 times while chanting Har? With great

joy, Harbhajan.

Try a mental beat:

HAR har har har HAR har har har HAR har har har

 

It works for me with the 16 wahe guru's of so darshon all the while

pumping one's stomach.

Your mind and body will naturally keep track of “three”

and “four” without thinking, so try do three sets of four.

 

This also works great when doing three pumps to four wahe

gurus on each of four fingers (48 pumps) in Sudarshan
