Guest guest
Sat Nam! What I have found to work is asking Yogiji to wake me up. It never fails. Also if you are teaching a class in the evening it is a wonderful sadhana and I am sure your systems are getting the rest and rejuvenation they need through Yoga and Meditation to afford getting up earlier. Guest guest
hi:) You might try going to a special place where you can just be with Nature ...no distractions like maybe a quiet pond and ask Nature to help you... as Nature is the One who designs our bodies. Ask for an inner~clock adjustment (smile)...and see what happens. if you like the results maybe you would give some help to a special Nature habitat or sanctuary ....as a thank~you. And here is a site where one can make daily contributions Without using any money. Check it out ...its Good. therainforestsite.com Life Love Grace channa :)If you are having difficulties put your effort into helping Nature and watch your troubles disappear.. thehungersite.com freecycle.org myspace.com re: chanashappiness You rock. Guest guest
Yogi Bhajan said "don't be fanatical about anything." Sounds like your days are pretty full at the moment. Just get up as early as you can and do what you can for your sadhana, and be sure you can stay awake/alert while you're teaching school and for yoga class! There'll come a time when the Universe will provide opportunities and choices to possibly shift things so that you can get back to your early morning routine. Guest guest
Don't eat close to bedtime - digestion will ruin the quality of your sleep. Do Shabd Kriya - this will increase the quality of your sleep, no matter what the quantity. Lean on the sat sanghat! It's the best help, group sadhana. good luck, -Baba
