Guest guest
Sat Nam! I am a bodyworker in Charlotte NC and have had many people restore the postural integrity with a postural therapy program based on “The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion” The book “Pain Free” by Pete Egoscue is wonderful and had chapters for specific conditions, like low back herniations. Feel free to write me for more info and I encourage you to try the book out or ask me for 2-4 postural positions that will help you recovery. My own KY practice is great and I find the posture therapy I shared above to be great adjunctive care for the structural considerations you are facing. Best of luck!
