finally i say that the " insight " comes to who want it

the one who just look for words in the wind he does not find anything

else than air

i say that maha mudra, sat kriya, meditation with open-close eyes,

etc.. these are like great words, maha nama

a word that the soul prononces

a word that you let the soul prononce it

an arm you give to your soul to write a word that comes from upon

a will you give to the universe and will from you leads to will from

the sky leads to will to you

there is no pranayama, no mantra, no kriya, no apana, no kumbaka, no

satanama, no ongnama

there are leaves in the wind that just fall onto the floor

and there is the tree the plant the rose that grow up to open onto

the sky, and transform into a papillon

there is no need of no technic

there is nothing, the human speak and speak and speak, even on a yoga

tatami

the human think and think an think even when following a saddhana

saddhana is a hand that comes from upon, did you ever see middle age

images with the hand of god coming down from the sky

generation order destruction said yogi bhajan

in french " dieu " from " dies, diei " = light of the day

but what is light

what is night

does yoga lead to the light of the day or to the blue sky with stars

what is awakeness, an ampel that you switch on, or an ampel that you

switch off

yoga is just a scale that helps you reaching the interruptor

but just realize there is no light in the room

we are puzzles, not being able to summarize all our parts

yoga is a " yug " you know the etymology of this word - with a " yug "

you can go straigth on.

please depuzzle yourself

the threes do not need any tutor, except if planted on a bad ground

who you are during practising, who you will then be when reaching

awakeness: pure star of the past or pure star of the new ages

sat nam
