Our course is being held in a Big Top Tent on the grounds of our beautiful Ashram in Millis. We have the Master Mung Beans and Rice and Yogi Tea Chef, Jagan Nath Singh Khalsa preparing a delicious yogic meal at lunchtime (included in the course fee). There is fresh fruit and vegetable snacks and yogi tea throughout the day as well as lots of love and comraderie as we "Keep Up" through the profound meditation sequence. We have a some guest space at Guru Ram Das Ashram and we would love to share it with you at any time, but especially for this profound experience of White Tantric Yoga. The energy of the group is so powerful and positive and healing. Make sure keep your evening open as we had a wonderful "party" afterward with lots of connecting and a home cooked" Indian dinner.
