How do you know when you have completed a meditation?

How do you know when you are “done†with a specific meditation? I’ve done the Meditation to Release Self-Animosity for 90 days, and still have self-animosity. I have definitely improved—my inner critic is no longer harsh 24hrs/day, and I am so grateful grateful grateful for that, and for the people who steered me toward that meditations.. But I still get flare-ups, daily, in which I attack myself. So my question is: do I keep doing this every day until the self-animosity completely disappears, or can I move on to a new meditation? (I’d like to do one for calling in self-love). I’m a perfectionist, by the way, which is probably what steers me to ask such a question. Perhaps there is a Meditation for Perfectionists Who Can't Release Their Misconceptions about Perfection? :)
