I am wondering if anyone out there with the spiritual name

" Charanpreet " is willing to share their experience living with this

name. Thisis my spiritual name and recently, for several reasons I

have become interested in learning more about it. I understand the

meaning as " love of the guru's lotus feet " anyone care to share

something more.

Sat Nam Charan Preet,

There is a story from the times of the Gurus of a man who so loved the

Guru that he visualized holding onto his feet when he bowed in

meditation. One day he fell asleep in this posture. The Guru of the time

was sitting on his throne, and did not rise up for meals or his regular

duties. The sangat did not understand this malady. When he finally rose

and went about his day a Sikh requested him to explain, and Guruji told

how this beloved of his, many miles away had hold of his feet.
