Guest guest
I have a question when teaching Aerobic Capacity and Efficiency page 384 of the Aquarian Teacher manual we inhale completely, then suspend the breath by lifting the chest and diaphragm, then we flex the spine forward and backward aswe hold onto the knees. When we can no longer hold the breath in comfortably, we sit up straight and exhale forcefully. Do we exhale through the mouth which most people find easier or do we have to exhale forcefully through the nose? My class has decided to do this kriya 40 days. My second question is when we teach neck series, thyroid kriya, neck and thyroid and thyroid and parathyroid series do we have to take special care when people have a problem with the thyroid (hypo or hyper function)? Today there are so many people with a disfunction of the thyroid. Thanks. Sat Nam Dev Dharam, Southern Germany
