White Tantric Question

Sat Nam,

I participated in White Tanric this weekend in Millis, MA. It was a

wonderful day. The kriyas were fabulous. Not physically challenging

but I could sense their power. Lots of pranayam. This was the second

WT video Yogi Bhajan made. I think it was called Renew To Be New?

I do have some questions about the after-effects of this WT. I have

participated in only 7 or 8 White Tantrics but never had the issues I

had this time. I woke in the middle of the night with a pounding

headache. I thought perhaps I had not had enough water. I drank at

least 32 oz. that day along with some apple juice and yogi tea. The

next day the headache continued along with an upset stomach and a

muddled head. I spent a substantial amount of time in the bathroom. My

husband noted: " Lots of apana going on! " Uh...yeah. I was also totally

exhausted. It felt like a nasty hangover.

I continued to drink water and by the next day, although I felt

physically better, my head continued to be muddled. I continue to feel

not very grounded and have done what I can do to rectify that. I am

forgetful and spacey...not my usual state at all.

Good news is that I have my usual post-Tantric peacefulness. I also

have felt some significant shifts happening. I continue my daily

practice and am doing what I can to get my feet planted again.

I have a curiosity here as to what exactly happened to cause me all

this physical discomfort. My feeling is it was not completely

dehydration. I would welcome feedback. Anyone else have these issues?

Gratefully,

Reinette
