Can anyone recommend kriyas, meditations, chants, yoga for supporting

a beautiful woman who may be entering a dance with breast cancer?

Hi Laurie,

I would suggest a wonderful book by Kundalini Yoga Teacher - Sat Dharam Kaur, who is also Naturopathic Doctor and specializes in breast cancer. The title is The Complete Natural Medicie Guide to Breast Cancer. Go to www.healthybreastprogram.on.ca - you'l find DVDs with kriyas as well as the book there. The book is also available widely and for sure on Amazon.com. I found it extremely valuable in my cancer journey.

love

Immediately start drinking organic grape juice every day and eating a

serving or more of a veggie in the broccoli family as she figures out

what else she wants to do!

YB has said that one particular exercise is good for preventing

breast cancer. I would presume that it would help someone who has

cancer since it works on the lymph nodes. The person sits in rock

pose with arms to the side of rib cage in fists. Fairly rapid

punching while punching on inhale and exhale with fist by side. The

emphasis is on bringing the fist powerfully back from the extended

position. There are quite a few sets with this exercise.
