Guest guest Posted May 12, 2008 Report Share Posted May 12, 2008 i have taught and practiced this kriya many times. and i agree with you about the benefits. you should have the arms out to the sides as you stand up, overhead and you lower into the crow squat. once you get a rhythm going, it will feel natural. you can also think of the arms as staying at the same height for the entirety of the third exercise, and that when you stand, they just flatten out. hope this helps. sat nam dev atma singh ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
