MAYA AND KUNDALINI YOGA JOURNEY

September 6 - 13

 

Day One:

Sat. Sept. 6 Arrival Mérida

Transfer from Mérida airport to hotel

 

Day Two: Maya Cosmic University (B & L)

Sun. Sept. 7 7:00- 8:30: Yoga followed by breakfast.

9:30: Visit the Maya Cosmic University where Miguel Angel will explain the basic

Maya

Cosmovision so people will better understand the visits to the sites and the

ceremonies.

We will have lunch together at the Maya Cosmic University.

18:00 PM to 20:00: Yoga

 

 

Day Three: Loltún Caves and Labnah (B & L)

Mon. Sept .8 6:30 – 7:30: Yoga followed by breakfast

8:30: depart for Loltun Caves / Chakra One and Labnah / Chakra Two followed by

lunch.

17:30: return to hotel

18:00 – 20:00 Yoga

 

Day Four: Xlapak and Sayil (B & L)

Tues. Sept. 9 6:30 – 8:00: Yoga followed by breakfast.

9:00: depart for Xlapak / Chakra Three and Sayil / Chakra Four followed by

lunch.

17:30: return to hotel

18:00 – 20:00 Yoga

 

Day Five: Sta Elena and Kabah (B & L)

Wed. Sept. 10 6:30 – 8:00: Yoga followed by breakfast.

9:00: depart for Sta Elena / Chakra Five and Kabah / Chakra Six followed by

lunch

17:30: return to hotel

18:00 – 20:00 Yoga

 

Day Six: Uxmal (B & L)

Thurs. Sept. 11 7:00 - 8:30: Yoga followed by breakfast

9:30: depart for Uxmal / Chakra Seven followed by lunch.

16:30: return to hotel

18:00 – 20:00 Yoga

 

Day Seven: Chichen Itza and Ik Kil Cenote (B & L)

Fri. Sept. 12 6:30 – 8:00: Yoga followed by breakfast.

9:00: depart for Chichen Itza - Ik Kil Cenote

This morning we travel to Chichen Itza where Miguel Angel gives us a tour of

the site

with explanations and meditations. Following this we go to Ik Kil cenote for a

swim and a

celebratory lunch together before returning to Mérida.

17:30: return to hotel

18:00 – 20:00 Yoga

 

Day Eight: Departure from Mérida

Sat. Sept. 13
