The first Level I Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training to be offered

in North Carolina will run from September, 2008 through May, 2009 for

one weekend a month in Durham/Chapel Hill. The course will be

co-taught by Krishna Kaur Khalsa of LA and Pritpal Kaur Khalsa of New

Mexico -- two amazing teachers, each with over 30 years experience!

Besides being a Level I and Level II Teacher Trainer, Krishna Kaur is

the IKYTA Training Coordinator for Africa, the founder of Y.O.G.A. for

Youth, and the president of the International Association of Black

Yoga Teachers. Pritpal Kaur teaches and trains teachers

internationally, and is the creator and Director of Excel & Celebrate,

A Self-empowerment Program for Women.

The comprehensive 220-hour training is open to students who are

seeking to become teachers of Kundalini Yoga or to anyone wishing to

deepen their experience of Yoga, Meditation and Yogic lifestyle. The

completion of this course qualifies students to be recognized as a

Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance.

Durham/Chapel Hill is an easy 4-hour drive from the DC area, and

an easy commute from Richmond, Wilmington, Charlotte, Asheville.

The course fee is $3,000, or $2,850 if preregistered by August
