suggestions for my practice

Dear Group, I do KY everyday in the morning. Sat kriya minimum 4mins-22mins., Sodarshan kriya 22-25mins (800+ days) and kriya for overcoming fear gobinday, mukunday, udaray, aparay, harayeng, karayeng, nirnamay, akamay while pulling mulaband tighter and tighter with each word of the mantra. In the beginning I did feel joy from these practices after much resistance occassionally I´d have days where I´d experience a breakthrough. The fear meditation did help me for my anxiety and keeps me on task...but I don´t feel any joy just indifference. Any recommendations for my practice. -Sat Nam, Chris
