Guest guest
Sat Nam, In 'Awakening the Kundalini' Gopi Krishna lists similar hazards to the awakening of the Kundalini. I find that people who have had negative Kundalini opening experiences don't continue practing Kundalini Yoga! I have met a few who have had unpleasant sensations in the beginning as well as one man who had a psychotic episode. I find myself have the 'storm of erratic moods' but that it is controllable and part of the cleansing process. I do find that I need to watch how much K yoga I do because I have a lot of fire in my constutition. I think Yogi Bhajan's style of Yoga is a lot milder work with Kundalini that the one's mentioned in the books we're talking about BUT as I said, there are people who have been disoriented by K YOga, one was a girlfriend of mine.
