She is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga through the Kundalini Research Institute’s International Teacher Training program, and has advanced training in Conscious Pregnancy and Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga. In addition to RCYP, Cristin is certified to teach yoga to children through Itsy Bitsy Yoga (Babies, Tots & Tykes), Next Generation Yoga, Samarya Center for Integrated Movement Therapy, Yoga 4Teens, Y.O.G.A. for Youth and Yoga Ed. (K-8 & Tools for Teachers). She is also a Yoga4Teens trainer. She has been around children most of her life and has taught yoga to kids of all ages since 2003.
