Talks about a thiamine deficiency as a possible cause of painful muscle cramps. Also yes take your potassium but also magnesium and calcium. All are needed by your ,muscles to fire correctly. Aldo most water be it bottled or tap, even well water does not have enough minerals to make the water alkaline thus bioavaliable. If the supplements do not do the job get some liquid minerals at the health food store (or do both).
