Guest guest
Hi Chris, Also practicing the same kryia as you...and pretty new to KY. Lately I also started doing a navel center kriya. Read in one of the books that if the navel center is not strong that the effects produced during meditation will not hold also something about it transmuting emotion? Someone here also suggested it to me awhile ago... I've only been at it for a little over a week, but I do feel a little difference. Would also recommend Guru Rattan's book -- Transitions to a Heart Centered World. There are three Kriya's there for prana and the last one is done that I feel is very powerful -- the last one is directed at the heart center. I don't have the book here with me, but I will email you with exact page they are on. I am not sure but feel they have to be done in a sequence. A lot of this whole book is about getting to the heart center.... Also noticed that for me -- my whole K.Y. is dependent upon how my state of mind is -- if I am not working my whole spiritual stuff and in a neg. state -- basically I don't feel much at all, when I am in a more spiritual state of mind, I really feel a lot. At first I thought KY would make it all happen, but think it is two-fold. Although I keep doing my practice no matter how I feel. Good luck and hope you get there! : )) Chris
