Question about the Triple Mantra?

Can anyone tell me if a mudra is used with it and what that mudra

would be? And where does one focus their eyes?

Sat Nam Sat Avtar Kaur,

There is no specific mudra or focus. I remember hearing when Yogiji gave

this meditation that it should only be done out loud and may be done

while walking.

I am not sure that I'd chant it out loud while walking, that can get

one a 'weird' reputation. I remember sitting on a beach with a cliff

at my back, thinking it was safe to chant out loud. lol Someone came

down the cliff right beside me and boy did I get the 'looks' as he

practically ran away from me. lol lol Now that I walk slower, and

everyone passes me by, chanting out loud could be interesting

experience to say the least. lol lol
