ok I watched this video, thanks for sharing, and where does she expect

people to find a " kundalini guru " ? Is she one? Again there is so much

TALK and

explanation but she is not a 3HO oriented person and so her

perspective is totally different I believe,

Like Yogi B told us we are overhwhelmed with info and have to make

choices ourselves.

Sat nam Simran,

Well, she doesn't seem to be targeting KY as taught by Yogi Bhajan, or if she

is, she's

talking about Hatha yoga and not KY. It's like she was referring to KY by

talking about

breath of fire, but calling it Hatha Yoga. If this is truly so, then it sounds

like she's

misinformed right from the beginning. Kundalini Yoga is truly different from

Hatha Yoga,

with a few similarities.

She then mentions that Kundalini should be expressed freely, but the lack of

structure

when dealing with these powerful energies concerns me--this actually reminds me

of the

book I'm reading, " Kundalini and the Chakras " , by Genevieve Lewis Paulson, where

there

are tons of consequences of improper or spontaneous Kundalini awakening.

That being said, she advocates her style of yoga without at least acknowledging

one

positive aspect of other schools. Sounds like a sales pitch to me, honestly.

I hope this helps!

Blessings,

Nadh Singh

Sat Nam ,

She is not targeting anyone at all so to take it personally is something to look

at and she

isnt even saying come do my yoga.

She is saying should one have a K awakening it would be advisable to seek

counsel / help

with someone who has had an awakening .

She is also saying just becaause someone teaches yoga any kind of yoga doesnt

mean they

have had a k awakening . and i will ditto that just because one teaches k yoga

taught by

yogi this or yogi that including yogi bhajan doesnt mean they have raised there

kundalini.

how can one be of service and guidance to some one who has had an awakening if

they

themselves have not had one . even with k yoga as taught by yogi bhajan doesnt

mean you

have raised the kundlaini , in fact most have not they have expereinced the rush

of prana

or a chakra poping open please dont mistake them for k energy in fact you can

have all

chakras open and still not raise the kundlaini or you can rasie the k energy and

it can

become stuck in a chakra and this is dangerouse as well and yes this can happen

with k

yoga as taught by yogi bhajan i have seen it .

when we close our eyes to all the teachings this planet has to offer and we

become

fanatical with just one guru or set of teachings this is not the aquarian age

this is just like

the evangelicals , the right wing etc... it is self righteousness
