A full day and evening of yoga, meditation, chanting, and healing massage,

sharing, and healthy meals - especially for women-

Let's join as women to be enriched by these teachings, experience the power of

our own

voices, and be uplifted by our combined creative strengths toward healing and

transformation. From the 1975 treasury of women's teachings, we will:

-deepen our experience of Naad Yoga, the power of mantra, with related mudras

and

kriyas.

- read and record in our own voices essential kernels of wisdom that will

continue to

inspire us long after the course,

-share healing hands of massage in a sequence taught by Yogi Bhajan,

-enjoy wholesome, vegetarian meals together, and

-experience the naad of the master, Yogi Bhajan, who offers us steps to

achieving our

potential beyond limits.

$160 pre-registered by August 1st. ($200 includes overnight stay)

$170 after August 1st ($210 includes overnight stay)

$100 service scholarship* ($140 includes overnight stay)

*Service scholarships are limited. To receive this discount, you will need to

arrive early to

help with food preparation in the morning and clean-up after both meals.
