A question: what would you recommend with resepct to sadhana practice when one

has a cold (stuffy nose, heavy bones etc)? Is it better to lie down and rest,

or are there particular kriyas that are helpful here?

A kriya or pranayam to stimulate the immune system might be useful. There is one call "immune system booster" that I practice whenever I feel as though I might be getting sick. It is in the Meditations without mantra of the Aquarian Teacher's Manual. Peace, Jagatjeet
