The Way of Ayurvedic Herbs has arrived!

My most recent book, by Lotus Press, has just been released.

Entitled The Way of Ayurvedic Herbs, it is an overview of

Ayurveda, Yoga and lifestyle.

Yogi Bhajan is extensively quoted.

It is the distillation of my 32 years studying herbs and

Ayurveda with him.

This book, written with best selling herbalist author

Michael Tierra, is the culmination of an herbal trilogy long in the making.

Along with The Way of Herbs and The Way of Chinese Herbs, it

covers the major herbal practices of the globe.

Ashwaganda for stamina and vitality... arjuna for heart

health... dandelion for breast wellness... gokshura to reach a sexual peak...

Traditional Ayurveda, using the principles of the three doshas, constitutional

body typing and highly individualized therapies, is the oldest continuously

practiced healing system on Earth. Over those many centuries, generations of

Ayurvedic scholars and physicians have reviewed, inspected, dissected and

refined the system to perfect a highly effective form of health, balance and

healing. Now, two of the world's leading Ayurvedic herbalists, both leaders of

the holistic health renaissance, and who, together, bring a total of over 75

years of practice to this work, have crafted a manual for making Ayurveda

understandable and eminently, practically useful. THE WAY OF AYURVEDIC HERBS is

more than an herb manual. It is a life path to well-being.

I will be signing copies at Ancient Healing Ways store at Solstice.

See you there.

Sat Nam,

Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa
