Guest guest
I have wanted to ask if there are particular exercises or a kriya that corrects fallen arches.
Guest guest
For foot stuff, I would go to a really experienced Iyengar or Anusara teacher who specializes in therapeutics. I know of several people in the anusara community who completely fixed their feet - even in cases where they were being told by doctors that they needed surgery. Guest guest
I had forgotten about this, nut years ago my youngest daughter had a developmental/neurological program with NACD (National Association of Child Development-a great organization in Utah). For her flat feet they had her walking on tiptoes (up as high as possible) twice a day for two minutes each time, for about a year. It worked for her, and they said it also is recommended for plantar fasciitis, since that can be caused by a high arch that is starting to sag. Sounds easy enough for a motivated Kundalini guy!
