Kick boxing?! Now I know 3HO is expanding - what a cool offering!

 

Now, why can't gatka martial arts class be offered at Solstice

(www.3ho.org)? I'm sure I'm not the only yogi who would show up for

this! (So, if any gatka experts read this post, your next move is to

ask 3HO if you can teach this at Solstice, hint hint).

 

While I'm on the topic of Solstice, if any Espanola hikers read this,

perhaps you may be inspired to ask 3HO if you can lead a challenging

hike, perhaps to that huge mountain behind the campsite, or Baldy

above Santa Fe? I climed the latter in 1982 on a high school

southwest anthropology trip - at 12,633 feet it's an awesome

experience. (And yes, it was an emotional " full circle " moment when,

at my first Solstice 7 years ago, I noticed that the campsite is

directly opposite a mountain that I had explored 2 decades earlier).
