I was cleaning out my email folder of drafts. This is from last July

for some reason I had not sent it. I think the reason was I did not

yet understand I was god being.

 

I thought it might interest you. It had been something I had written

after reading an email asking about what people's favourite mantras

were. I have no idea why this came out of me.

 

I wonder where-in lies the real power of yoga.

 

If one sets out to do a meditation that in their mind they have set

the desire to change a certain aspect of their existance, is it the

meditation that creates the change or the desire that is set out in

the mind that creates the change?

 

And what of belief? If one does not have a belief in the power,

whether it be from the yoga itself or from the desire set in the

mind, how could any change be created?

 

Beliefs come from thoughts. In order to exact change one must create

thoughts on which to base their beliefs and the beliefs must speak to

their soul. For without our own soul's guidance on what IT wants to

believe, are we not simply living the thoughts of others? and who

indeed wants to live a life that is not their own?

 

Am I not in fact a creation not only of myself but of those around

me. For is it not the thoughts and beliefs of others that guides me

to create my own thoughts and beliefs. Indeed am I in fact creating

anything or is it already there and life is just about discovering

what is there all along. Am I in fact a creator or am I part of an

organism called GOD!!!

Everything is there, just waiting to be discovered. We have been always unaware of this true.
