Guest guest
Sat Nam to all, I remember in one class this topic came up and it is linked to circulation. But I dont remember any specific and effective measures we can take to reduce cellulite. Does anyone have any further insight into this topic? Many thanks. Guest guest
Sat Nam! During a healing course in Barcelona (http://www.spiritvoyage.com/ItemPage.aspx?ItemId=BKS-009113) Yogi Bhajan was also asked about cellulite. I copy here his answer: ** It is nearly always a matter of overeating. Alwaya! Always eat less and exercise more. All liver problems arise when you do not burn the calories and you eat too much. Eat anything you want. Go 5 miles brisk walk in the morning, and 3 miles in the evening, then it doesn't matter what you eat. Or swim one hour straight. No cellulitous will appear. That is what we teacj in hydrotherapy. To cure it a person must do 5 miles brisk walk in the morning, and swim one hour in cold water, then walk 3 miles at night and swim one more hour. It will clean you out. ** I hope that can help you. Fateh Dharma!
