Guest guest
Sat Nam: We started doing 2 1/2 hour meditations once a month and I have suddenly become aware of how " few " 2 1/2 hr. meditations I can find. So far I have the Long Ek Ong Kar, Master's Touch, Kirtan Kriya, Sat Kriya and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. Are there any others that anyone can suggest? Guest guest
One of my favorites is the Kauri Kriya YB July 08, 1975 Sit up straight, with the hands in Gyan Mudra. Inhale deeply and in a single breath chant: SA RE GA MA PA DHA NE SA TA NA MA RA MA DA SA SA SE SO HUNG To be sung in Do RE MI FA .... scale low to high Says it can be practiced for any length of time, the longer the better The comments: Kauri Kriya is a first step towards raising your energy from the lower to higher centers. It takes the apana or eliminative energy into the prana or the generative energy region, balancing and clearing both end in Saraswati, the lotus of one thousand petals. Quick question: Are you integrating exercises in your meditations? Kundalini-Yoga , " sasesohong " <holbox wrote: > > Sat Nam: We started doing 2 1/2 hour meditations once a month and I have suddenly become > aware of how " few " 2 1/2 hr. meditations I can find.
