Sat Namwith this letter we would like to invite you all to theFIRST 3HO WOMEN'S CAMP IN ITALYAugust 28th-31st, 2008 Perugia, Umbria - ItalyOver the years, Yogi Bhajan's teachings focused on the importance of women joining together to elevate themselves, nurture each other, relax, revitalize and share. He taught us that

" It is essential that a woman, for a short period of time, must look at herself to find out what is woman in her and what is missing in her as a woman. It is called self-service. " We will have the wonderful opportunity to spend 4 days together in an enchanted land in Umbria, the heart of Italy. We will experience Kundalini Yoga's power of transformation through Kriyas, Meditations, and Yogi Bhajan's special teachings dedicated to women, tasting once again the authenitic relationships, support and mutual exchange that only a sacred circle of women can create.

We will be blessed with Tarn Taran Kaur Khalsa's presence and teachings. She will be coordinating a team of skilled and experienced Italian women teachers.Certified teachers in children's yoga will help the young ones build their confidence, strength and spiritual identity, through yoga classes and loads of fun activities in a healthy, happy, and sacred outdoor camp environment.
