Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Sat Nam,I have been reading, and testing, the book " Kundalini - The Essence of Yoga " by Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa and Darryl O'Keeffe, and I came across a doubt about one of the kriya described to work on the 7th chakra, named " To Exalt the self " .
