Strange symptom (need some help)

Hi to all,

 

I would like some information about this symptom : when I do my

meditation I feel an energy getting inside one of my nostrils, and up

to the brain, then next day it was the same but with the other nostril.

After these days of feeling that something was getting inside my nose

to the brain, I began to have many quarrels with my family, I need to

know if this is normal, or if this is purification, or if the crown

chakra is wanting to open, normally I feel the energy being pulled

outside from my nostrils, sometimes from one side, and sometimes from

both sides, but it has never happened before to the opposite, I want to

believe that it is something good, but after that days, I was very

upset.

 

Any suggestions or advice ?
