__,_. RabBoar Studio in Rogers, AR is thrilled to be offering a Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Mehtab and Guru Karam Benton Friday evening, July 11th, Saturday July 12th and Sunday morning, July 13.

 

Friday evening will be The Yoga of Sound -- guided deep relaxation; Saturday is a Kundalini Yoga Immersion day using movement, breath and sounds to balance the chakras and awaken you energy; and Sunday is Opening the Heart Chakra.
