Intensive Training for Kundalini Yoga

 

Sat 2nd - Sat 9th August 2008

(arrival about 4pm, departure after Sadhana)

 

According to Yogi Bhajan, the transition from Piscean Age to Aquarian

Age occurs between November 21st 1991 and November 21st 2011. We are

right in the middle of this cusp of ages, which brings a lot of

changes with it. The Piscean Age was dominated by obedience and

believes systems, the Aquarian Age is merely based on experience and

exchange.

 

The goal of Teacher For Aquarius Camp, taking place every summer since

1989 in South of France, is to prepare for the Age of Aquarius. The

teachings of Yogi Bhajan are in the focus. The experiences you may

have during the camp will allow you to understand these teachings with

your innermost being.

 

We assume

1. that you are a Yogi and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with heart and soul,

and that you are willing to share your experiences and knowledge with

everybody who wants to experience, too.

2. that a teacher is richer and more effective when (s)he gathers a

lot of own experiences.

 

Venue

The name of the 700 meters high 3HO land is " La Fontaine " (The

Source). It is a wonderful, wide piece of land in the Alps of South

France with the clear air of the mountains and fantastic water and

sun. You are living in tipis (American Indian tents) or in your own

tent, and you are eating the bio-dynamical food products from the

agricultural farm of the place.

 

Sadhana

Sadhana takes place outside during the time of sunrise over the

mountain panorama.

 

Vision Quest

On the fifth day of the camp, everybody goes for 24h on a lonely

journey into the mountains and forests to fulfil certain tasks and

find answers.

 

Sweat Lodge

On the last day, after the vision quest, the sweat lodge is a final

highlight of the week.

 

Silence

The whole week is in silence. Exceptions are the first and the last

day and communication exercises.

 

Translation

The lectures are given in English. If requested, there are

possibilities for translations into German, French, and/or Italian.

 

Teachers

The teachers of the Teachers For Aquarius Camp are Satya Singh from

Hamburg, Germany, and Karta Singh from Amrit Nam Sarovar, France. This

couple is a wonderfully complementary set of highly experience old

time students of Yogi Bhajan.
