Is it something easy to have also in Italy or it is something we can prepare

In one kriya, YB said this about one exercise. Sit with legs

widespread. Inhale up and exhale down while holding toes. I think

the set is unpublished. I do not know where it is offhand.

 

I would also try guggulu. There are many many formulations according

to dosha, etc. About 14 years ago, I was carrying a computer. I

slipped on ice. Not wanting to drop the computer, I fell on my elbow.

I had bone chips I felt when I put my weight on the elbow for months.

An Ayurved gave me a guggulu formulation. Within 2 weeks, I had no

bone chips.

I am just preparing some postures material, and i have the book on my

lap right now,with asanas.

The book is Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Bihar School of Yoga,

author Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

There is a chapter, Anti Rheumatic Group, pages 23-44.

There are quite a few exercises there, with some information about

the overall approach.

book can be bought from Amazon easily. There are no meditations,

however.

dear sangat,

 

I'm back in Amsterdam after this great journey. I've

learned so much and I've really experienced the power

of intuition. Doing sadhana really gives you great and

strong intuition.. all i had to do was follow it...

;-)

 

You can read about the adventures on my blog,

I've also made a short impression of the sadhanatour.

 

Here I'll just put out the highlights, which is

actually pretty hard, as it's been a great experience.

 

But let me look back at the aims of this tour,

 

I had a personal aim, to learn to live in the now and

to speak what is on my mind, no longer hide. The non

personal aim was to spread the kundalini yoga seeds

and to spread the love.

 

About my personal aim I can say that i've made some

major steps in my proces. It helped that my level II

Prosperity trainingweek at Karta's place in Le

Martinet, was in the tour. Actually I found out that

I had started this sadhanatour, where I had to go to

another location every single day... so that I had a

good excuse not to go to the training... as I wanted

to hide and run away from prosperity so badly. But in

the end I stayed the whole week, although I wanted to

run away during the week many times... The power of

the mind ;-)

 

What else, beside this major change in my life is

worth sharing with you?

- well, i've experienced that as a kundalini yogi, i

had a home everywhere. I could call yogi's in the

afternoon, asking for a place to stay and I was always

very welcome, as an angel from the sky was coming...

 

- Sat Hari Singh from Hamburg gave me the picture of

guru Nanak and I could feel his guidance.

 

- without a direction, I was driving in circles, and

at these times, my yogic radar (as I was traveling

without tom tom) was not working at all. As soon as I

had a location to go to, my yogic radar would work. I

would chant a mantra, aad such, djugaad such, hey bhee

such, the one from the master touch meditation, really

helped me to reach my destiny.

 

- the energy was on each location so different. At

Siri Sahib's place, where the meditate a lot, it was

so easy to do an hour of Ajai Alai and on other places

it was really hard work. So, that's what I'm going to

make in my house, a special place where I meditate to

build the energy.

 

- it's been a great way to travel, meet people and

meet myself...

a dvd about the tour, as I did an interview with all

the participants about what sadhana/yoga means for

them. The introduction is ready and you can find it on

You Tube (search for 40 days sadhana tour and invest

in yoga) and I'll be bringing it to the yogafestival

in France.

 

What i was thinking during this tour, was that i would

not only need a tomtom but one with the adresses of

our kundalini yoga family, so that i would get a

signal.. turn right as here is a kundalini yogi

living! I know it is possible to make such a system,

as it has been my profession the last seven years, to

join files together.. so any technical kundalini yogi

who would like to work on this project, contact me!

 

also during the trip i was wondering and dreaming

about the ultimate experience, doing this for 1001

days all around the world... or maybe we could set up

a relay and as te olympi fire is being carried around

the world, we could carry the sadhana around the

world... if you feel you want to join and help me

organise, contact me!

 

well, you see, kundalini yoga works, as I've been

doing the set for green energy and oppurtunities the

last 40 days...;-)

That is such a good question and one we all have to deal with in our lives...I

work in customer service and often have to deal with negative,sometime's angry

people and I find what really helped me was also having a mantra to recite in

my mind all day,usually in the morning's I will play something just before I

leave so that it will linger in my mind for the rest of the day,I've even

written the word's out and kept them beside me to glance at every so often just

to bring my mind back,any cd by Snatam Kaur or the Crimson Collections by Singh

Kaur have beautiful mantra's that are easily remembered.I also agree that Rakee

Rakhanahar is an extremely helpful mantra,the version I have is from a Sadhna

cd called Ambrosia.Hope you will find something that helps you!
