Guest guest
Thank you for bringing up thyroid subject. I have a question to all or anyone who might throw some light on this. I have a slightly large gland and during the first examination when I had my first pregnancy, the gynocologist suggested I have the hormone levels checked. I was put on thyroxin. BUT, I was young then and didnt realise, but after a while, I stopped taking it. (I decided that, not the doctors) as I was moving around alot and as I say, I did not realise that one should not self administer on these things at that time. (23 years ago). Anyway, many years went by and now, I had a blood test and I am supposedly in 'normal' range. But I loose hair, am quite anxious, my short term memory is not too good and tire easily. Why does the doctor who saw my blood test say I'm ok..?? Can a blood test show normal range and yet, I feel 'normal' is not normal for me... Does anyone else have this condition? I know not everyone is the same when it comes to cases like these. But I am confused as to what is normal... Sat Nam...thanks for any info.
