Guest guest
Sat Nam All, Last sunday I met someone, who is suffering from pain in upper part of his head for many years. He tried many things but nothing worked. He told me that it started few years ago with some stress situation and is continue since then. Every morning when he wakes up, he feels very tired with no energy in his body. I suggested him to pracise Kundalini yoga, which he is going to start soon. Is there any yoga set or meditation this group can recommend, which can help him to heal quickly. All help will be appritiated. Guest guest
I hope your friend gets some answers. It can be a viscious cycle having pain in one's head and through the pain one can also tighten muscles and so it becomes the problem and the cause. I would suggest that due to the length of time that your friend visit a Dr and have a MRI done. Blood tests and perhaps might need depending on the findings physical therapy. I would not recommend a chiropractor for many reasons....but gentle heat and electrical stimulation IF IF the MRI shows nothing. Also a visit to a dentist and or an optician as a means of ruling out logical causes. Then and only then suggestions for meditation or other exercises would be in order. Please keep us updated on your friend.
