SATNAM !!!!!!

 

there is a funny situation at my home....from last few days, early in

morning, my sis hears me doing nitnem but when she getup to check it,

she actually find me sleeping.... she told me this last night and

ofcourse i was kinda suprise....

 

can someone pls advice, how is it possible for someone to hear you

reciting gurbani when you are sleeping.....(pls note that am don't

recite gurbani while sleeping, it's only she who hears me reciting

gurbani....

There is a point when we are neither fully awake nor fully asleep, and

dreams can be easily confused with reality. People who work in

hospitals often hear the IV pumps beeping when they are trying to fall

asleep, or if they sort-of wake up in their sleep cycle partially

because they hear it so often at work. There are many other conditions

that cause a person to think they hear something that is really more

of a dream (stress [and most people are stressed in this time],

insufficient rest, etc.). All of it is normal enough to not be

pathological, but practicing kundalini herself could help. Sodarshan

Chakra Kriya might be especially helpful as at least a 40 day meditation.
