Guest guest
I posted this week about getting rid of my migraines; you can see the post here: http://www.blisschick.net/2008/07/randombliss-getting-rid-of-my-migraines.html I wrote about what worked for me, including yoga, of course, but I would love for anyone who has accomplished the same -- whether it be migraines or something else -- to comment on what you did that worked for you! Thanks for any input. peace & bliss, Christine
Guest guest
Sat nam group and Pink Yogi! SOme one postetd a while ago on this subject: Yogi Bhajan gave this meditation: easy pose, fingers on ground at sides of body, deep breathing, visualize the energy in the head seeping down into fingers and being dispersed into the ground. Dr. Khalsa also has some good advice in his book, :Meditation as Medicine." In my bodywork practice I focus on eliminating the active and latent trigger points as part of total amelioration of the problem. True migraines will develop and perpetuate trigger points and just add insult on top of the injury. Great blog PY!!
