Guest guest
Sat Nam Everyone, A two part email here… Firstly, don’t know if it helps but when you use a mala, you generally stop when you feel the Guru bead flip the mala around and start again the other direction so Guru bead doesn’t get a repetition of the mantra. This would imply that 27/108 would be the ideal number of non-Guru beads… On the other hand, a wise yogi once said to me that if you did 39-day meditations your whole life, you’d still come out to be a pretty great yogi….unless perhaps you were always trying for 40 and fell short… Secondly, the podcast is available for yesterday’s Regally Graceful Teleseminar on “Inspiring Direction” with award winning stage and screen director Sean Mathias. We are all the directors of our own lives and Sean’s expertise which he uses in his profession is a very powerful example for anyone who wants to take their creative vision and turn it into a creative reality.
