Guest guest
Sat nam all, I have a question about the first posture in this kriya (Page 346 of Aquarian Teacher Manual): The instruction is to place the left foot ON the right thigh. Does that mean on top of the right thigh, or just up against the right thigh, with the foot remaining on the floor? I have had teachers teach it both ways, but would like to know the preferred way. Thank you so much to all who reply. This list is such a blessing. Blessings to all, Jagatjeet Kaur
Guest guest
Jagatjeet Kaur If the directions say on the left foot, I would interpret it to mean on top. Otherwise, it should say against the inside of the right thigh. There are some mistakes in manuals though so I could be wrong.
