One of the premier talks at NIH's Yoga Week was the lecture by Harvard's Sat Bir Khalsa, and what the evidence shows for the benefits of yoga and meditation. The event partially was sponsored by Dr. Dharma's Alzheimers Research and Prevention Foundation, which has helped alzheimers patients in studies at the University of Pennsylvania.----- Forwarded Message ----Rachel Permuth-Levine <levineracNIHYOGAWEEKMAY08Sent: Tuesday, July 22, 2008 7:38:50 PMNIH Yoga Week PODCASTS, Save the Date for the Next NIH Yoga Week
