Guest guest
Sat Nam, Ji - SEE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST IMMEDIATELY. AND APOLOGIZE TO YOURSELF FOR NOT READING CAREFULLY AND NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. I am very sorry to learn about this. When I shared this teaching I went out of my way, bent over backwards, spelled it forward and backwards, PLEASE PROCEED GENTLY, GO SLOWLY, DON'T EXCEED YOUR OWN LIMITS !!!! THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MAIN CAVEAT IN TEACHING KUNDALINI YOGA. I'm wondering if you did not read that part, did not understand that part, we're unable to follow that part??? This is a critical issue. I'm not dismissing your dilemma. I am seriously wondering if a web site is at all appropriate for sharing physical exercises or spiritual truths. Several weeks ago I posted some key insights about another teacher of mine, Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men, who was then roundly slandered by new age oriented academic anthropoligists. When I objected, based on the Master Teachings about slander, from the Master Teacher for this website, Yogi Bhajan, my concerns were dismissed. I have nothing more to share on this site about sensitive spiritual issues, because there is not a prevailing agreement or consensus about respectful speech. However, when someone asked about a teaching for opening the hips (and there are other exercises that were also taught for this issue, and I've witnessed people doing them in a kind of macho way, and did real harm to themselves also. When I say, " Please read ALL the fine print, every word is important, " it is beyond my comprehension that you were unable to do that. Let's be VERY VERY HONEST here, or I feel there is nothing more I can share here. Because I do not find an appropriate level of " diligent awareness " and common sense prevailing to make it appropriate to share potent teachings, without being concerned that I may be in fact giving matches to children for them to play with. Perhaps this is my final post, unless and only if some general response can arise to clarify the mindset for agreeing to participate in this discussion. I'm now skeptical of the general tenor of the group. I for one love the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan even more, much more than Yogi Bhajan, and he's the dearest human who ever entered my life. If we practice his teachings witlessly, we're in the wrong process. Witless practice is really the only danger that ever existed with Kundalini Yoga, and this includes superstitious adoption of Kundalini Yoga as a nostrum and pabulum for ongoing unconscious behavior. for many Blessings, Krishna Singh Khalsa Kundalini-Yoga , " anjiepanjie003 " <anjiepanjie003 wrote: > > Kundalini-Yoga , " Krishna Singh Khalsa " <krishna@> wrote: > >I just got ............................. > > ouch my hip...I was doing this exercise and bloody hell my hip hurts...anyone help!!!! > > Warning this is the worst pain ...if anyone doing this has had a shooting pain in socket > and how to resolve it- and please no hokey pokey herb boiling. My frekin hip hurts and > bad!!!!!!! > > Dear " Baleada1 " and SatPal Kaur (Stephenie) -- > > It is not a myth. Guest guest
no wonder why kundalini yoga was once forbiden. I guess really sensitive exercises must not be openly published, judging by all of those who did wrong(not to venth, though)...but don't hammer yourself khrishna, not everyone is a starter, by doing what you do at least you are keeping wrong publications out of the board.
